Delete your AppCub account

Delete it in the app

Open AppCub and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. If you signed in a while ago, AppCub may ask you to sign in again first to confirm it’s you.

Can’t use the app?

Email lagneverai@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my AppCub account”. We’ll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in
All your projects: chats, plans, source code, previews
Your build files (APK/AAB) and the signing keys of your apps
Your plan, top-ups and usage history (a paid plan is cancelled so you aren’t charged again)

Deletion from our live systems is immediate. Copies in server backups are overwritten within 7 days (older versions of signing-key backups within 90 days).

Before you delete: download the source code and build files you want to keep, and ask us for a copy of your apps’ signing keys if you publish them on Google Play without Play App Signing. Without the key you can’t publish updates to those apps. If you have a paid plan or unused top-ups, ask for any refund you’re entitled to first (see the Refund Policy).

What we keep

Payment records (amount, date, Razorpay payment ID) are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, currently up to 8 years. They aren’t used for anything else.
